Small businesses impacted by COVID-19 can receive federal aid through Illinois’ newly expanded Community Navigator Program!

  • SBA Disaster Declaration: In coordination with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Illinois has received a statewide Economic Injury Declaration to secure access to emergency loans for small businesses. Business advisors at Illinois SBDC’s will assist with the application process.

Please be advised that we receive numerous requests every day and we prioritize meetings and events requested by constituents of Illinois' 13th House District. 


Additionally, due to the dynamic nature of the General Assembly calendar, any meetings and event appearances are scheduled pending votes and committee business and may change at any time. In cases where State Representative Hoan Huynh is unable to attend your meeting or event, we do our best to have our chief of staff, Huy Nguyen, or a staff member go on the State Representative's behalf.
